To go or not to go to therapy, counseling, coaching or whatever mental health practitioner you may enjoy working with. To go or not to go...that is the question! and the answer to it is always YES. Go and see how you feel, try different kinds of practitioners, different kind of people and see what works for you, what clicks, what vibes. If you feel safe enough to open up that is a great sign you have found your coach. Deciding we are strong enough to ask for help is not an easy decision but it is always the best one.
